ዶ/ር ፍቃዱ ከበደ (1954-2016 ዓ.ም) ዶ/ር ፍቃዱ ከበደ መንገሻ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ የተወለዱ እና በሙያቸው የተከበሩ የእንስሳት ሀኪም ነበሩ፡፡ የዶክትሬት ድግሪያቸውን በቀድሞ ሶቪየት ዩክሬን እና የማስተርስ ዲግሪያቸውን በማይክሮባዮሎጂና ተዛማች በሽታዎች ምርመራ ቴክኖሎጂ በፈረንሳይ ሀገር አግኝተዋል፡፡ ከሰሩባችው ተቋማት መካከል፡- 1981-1983 ቦረና አውራጃ በእንስሳት ሀኪምነት 1984-1992 በኮምቦልቻ ላቦራቶሪ ተመራማሪ የተዛማች በስታዎች ቅኝትና ምርመራ ሀላፊ በመሆን ለፓን አፍሪካን
